Return Policy on Original Art
As our artists have created original, one-of-its kind products, all original art is considered final sale and non-returnable. We guarantee the quality of the art, so if your order was shipped with a defect or arrived damaged, please contact us at artinfo@springfieldtwp.org and include photos of the issue AND the packaging it arrived in.
Return Policy For Print on Demand Products
Products that are not created directly by the artist, are not considered original art. Artists may choose to allow their original art to be reprinted on products such as mugs, posters, cards, t-shirts etc. For these products, a third party vendor will print and ship the product direct to the buyer. There are no returns for buyers remorse with Print on Demand items. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on the part of the third-party vendor are covered at our expense.
Return Policy For Charley Harper Collectibles
Charley Harper collectibles are packed and shipped by ArtsConnect and are returnable. You may return new, unopened Charley Harper items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
You should expect to receive your refund, minus shipping charges, within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Please include photos if the item was damaged. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We use USPS for shipping and can only ship within the United States of America.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
